Stars Telemetry LLC ("Stars Telemetry," "we," "us," or "our") operates www.starstelemetry.com and provides telemetry devices, monitoring software, data dashboards, and optional automated alerts by SMS and email. Stars Telemetry is responsible for personal information it processes for its own website, accounts, and services. When we process information on behalf of business customers under their instructions, their respective responsibilities may differ. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our monitoring platform, communicate with us, or subscribe to notifications.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with our services, we may collect:

• Account and business information: name, business name, email address, phone number, account credentials, roles, and account preferences.

• Device and monitoring data: device identifiers, sensor readings, utility consumption measurements, environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure, device status, connectivity information, timestamps, alert thresholds, and event history.

• Website and technical data: IP address, browser or device type, time zone where available, access logs, security events, and cookies or similar technologies where used.

• Support and communication data: inquiries, support correspondence, and service-related communications.

• Notification preferences and messaging data: mobile phone number, email address for alerts, SMS opt-in choice, date and method of SMS consent, subscription status, selected communication channels and alert types, delivery status, and SMS STOP/HELP requests.

• Website interaction data: pages viewed, referral sources, approximate visit times, and interactions with the website, if collected through website logs or analytics tools.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve service reliability and performance, where permitted by law. We also process relevant information to administer orders and subscriptions, respond to website forms, understand site usage, identify potential misuse, and improve the security and performance of our website and platform. We aim to collect and use information appropriate to the purposes described here, rather than more information than is needed.

3. SMS and Email Alerts: Privacy and Consent

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not use enrollment in our operational SMS or email alert services to authorize marketing messages. We do not purchase third-party lead lists or treat consent given to another business as consent to receive Stars Telemetry messages. We use mobile numbers, notification email addresses, and SMS consent records to manage and deliver requested operational alerts, maintain compliance records, and respond to support or opt-out requests. Email alerts may be sent to the address designated in the account when enabled by the account holder or authorized user.

We may disclose the minimum information necessary to service providers who assist us in providing this SMS program, such as our SMS platform provider, telecommunications carriers, email delivery providers, hosting providers, and vendors involved in notification delivery, security, or compliance. They may process the information only to support these services, under applicable contractual and legal obligations, and not for their independent marketing purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

SMS participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing our products or services. Alerts can be delivered by SMS, email, or both, depending on the configured notification preferences. Users may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS from our program; this stops SMS messages from that program but does not automatically disable email alerts. 4. When We Share Other Information

We may share non-SMS account or operational information with service providers that host or operate our services, and with authorized business customers or account administrators according to access settings and contractual arrangements. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction, subject to applicable privacy requirements. These categories do not override the restrictions above on mobile information and SMS consent for marketing or promotional use. Where permitted by law, we may disclose information in connection with a corporate restructuring or business sale, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required, in response to lawful government requests, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information and monitoring records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law. Notification settings, SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as necessary to demonstrate compliance and honor communication preferences. Retention periods may differ depending on account agreements, the information category, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to verification and legal exceptions. You can update account settings and alert preferences in the platform where available, and stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can manage email alert preferences in the platform where available, or request assistance at info@starstelemetry.com. Stopping SMS does not automatically stop email alerts; disabling notification channels does not necessarily disable monitoring within the platform.

Additional rights where applicable: If European data protection law applies to your information, you may have rights to be informed, access data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, obtain data portability, object to certain processing, and exercise rights concerning solely automated decision-making and profiling, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. 8. Cookies and Third-Party Services
